Georgia has been supporting new graduate and early career occupational therapists as a clinical supervisor for over 5 years. She believes supervision is a safe, collaborative, and supportive space where you can reflect, ask questions, and grow your confidence as a clinician. Her approach is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice and shaped by her experience across non-for-profit, schools, private practice, early intervention, diagnostics, team leadership, and consultative roles.
